In the summer of '99 there was just your average bloke, who was having a post-round beer with my mates at the 19th hole of his local club in America. Usually a gathering at the 19th hole meant their worries are over. A few beers in the clubhouse can make your best game even better and your worst game not quite as bad.
This is where he and his mates solved life's dilemmas, strengthen the bonds between them, and transformed into Tiger. Though they’d solved most of the world’s problems already, on that hot day a many years ago they found themselves in a quandary.
There existed a dilemma that no amount of alcohol in any clubhouse could help them solve...the horror of the golf apparel! Tattoo Golf was born out of a frustration at the one dimensional look running rampant through the golf apparel industry. There just simply wasn't anything that remotely resembled "cool", just rack after rack of the same old shirts that are hanging in your Dad's closet.
Seeing the this gaping hole in the golf apparel market Bill Anderson took it upon him to shake up the golf world by creating the Tattoo Golf line from a small corner in his garage, Bill started turning out shirt and hats aimed at more youthful minded golfers, like himself, who were looking for golf clothing with some personality and a bit of attitude.
Today he continues to shake up the golf world with his own brand of Aggressive Golf Wear by combining top of the line products with their tattoo inspired designs to keep you stylish on and off the course! They’ve came a long way since '99 and are proud to say that they now have customers in all 50 states of America and in over 35 countries. Tattoo Golf Apparel is in numerous Pro Shops through America and with distributors in Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, and New Zealand already.
